We are looking for the CNC supervisor for the client.
Our client in manufacture of machines related to food industry. Job details are :-
Role :- CNC Supervisor (Machine Shop)
Industry :- Machine Manufacturing
Location :- Tronica City (Ghaziabad)
Experience :- 10 + Year on CNC or Machine shop
Budget :- Up to 40 K /- Pm (depend on candidate current salary / exp.)

Responsibilities:
> Manage shop personnel in design and machine process.
> Directs, coordinates, plans and assists scheduling of work for assigned shift
> Ensures effective operation of areas of responsibility for all shifts with established policies and procedures to meet assigned goals, such as utilization and internal failure.
> Make certain that shop machinery and equipment are maintained in working order.
> Maintain disciplinary and technical control of the operating units.
> Control cost/budget parameters and schedules.

Requirements:
> Strong leadership skills at all levels, good work ethic.
> Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others.
> Strong knowledge of all machining practices including grinding, milling, lathe work, turning, threading, slotting etc..of both Mannual and CNC.
> Basic knowledge of Metallurgy desired.
> The ability to drive safety, quality and process improvement initiatives.
> Experience using various CAD/solid modeling drawings such as AutoCAD and solid drawings.
> Thorough working knowledge of precision inspection tools to confirm work quality and compliance with specifications.
> Quality oriented and high attention to detail.
> Identifies and repairs minor machine malfunctions, and is able to coordinate repair of equipment with outside vendors.
